Demo's not working for me

I downloaded the Windown 2000/XP version and installed it. On runnign it the startup window appears asking me to register, I say to and continue but then the game sits in the task bar, nothing else appears on the screen. Clicking on it does nothing. All I can do is end-task it.

Shame, I've been meaning to pick this up for a while - I'm a long time fan of STUN.
